Thought I'd give it a try. I previously was taking in about the equivalent of 3-4 12 oz. sodas worth of aspartame or sucralose. And lots of gum w/ aspartame.No definitely noticeable psychological or physiological changes except for urinating less due to decreased fluid intake.

Hahaha.
I just stopped asparatme the other day. I do notice a difference, but it's mostly in the form of--there's this thing that I really, really want to drink b/c it's so pleasurable and buzzy that I'm not letting myself drink.
Drat!
That's the kind of difference that I notice.
