I've been checking out some old Posts-and one that has been very impressive are from The Optimist (Brian). I noticed he took a lot of vitamins/minerals with his Parnate and he swore they helped him feel much better. Do you recommend taking vits etc, w/Parnate? If so which ones and at what dosages. Is Brian still doing well on Parnate-I have not seen any recent posts from him. Also is is 5-thp safe to take with Parnate? Thanks for your help bud. Hope you're feeling well. Tyler

I remeber him too,he was doing well on parnate, but if recall he started comming back late end with poop out problems, how hes doing i have no clue.As far as vitamins and stuff goes,im a weight lifter, and once got caught up in that whole jive......i had a million plastic tubs, one of glutamin, another of creatine,l-arginine,gaba,i mean you name i had it,and one day i looked at the money i was spending and just tossed it all.
Know what, much better results now that i concentrate on my workouts instead of what supplement i forgot to take, they DID NOT help very much.
Reason i post this is your body tries to get all it needs, and if ur diet is even fair means your getting most of your nutrients.
Taking a multi vitamin/mineral is good for everyone on a med,or not.
I recomend a low priced product by who i consider incredable BRAND......county life sold in almost any health store has a SUBLINGUAL very potent multi/vitamin and mineral,so if youre low in a nutrient chances are a single tabl supplment will catch it,im not a believer in mega dosing nutrients except for a minor few like TAURINE,doing so is not different if as bad as meds cause mega dosing screws up the bodys normal cycle of nutrients.
So yess id recomend everyone take a POTENT single supplment of a multi vitamin/mineral anything more should ONLY be done with careful knowledge OR from instructions from a doc.
I know tagamet the otc heart burn medicine also effects i forgot a enzmye? that makes other drugs last longer or something, but these are things i stay away from.I dont see nutrients helping a WHOLE lot unless ur diet is horrid.
