Hey there,

Well I was just going to post about how great magnesium is! I've been taking a magnesium supplement called 'magnesium-OK' which is designed for women and the 'monthy cycle'. I've run out of it for these last two weeks, and I have really noticed it!! My general anxiety levels are up and my sleep isn't as good.

What type/amount of magnesium were you taking? Did you take it with other vitamins/minerals, as your body needs other nutrients to synergize the magnesium. And how long did you take it for? You need a good 3-4 weeks for the nutrients to be synergized by your body.

What was the other herb you were taking??

Kind regards
Meri
