Does anyone know what neurotransmitters SAm-e effects ? When I take it , it feels a lot like when I took Wellbutrin, was wondering if SAm-e had some effect on norepinepherine like Wellbutrin does?

I'm not sure, and I think it is more complicated than we know, but from what I have read it seems that SAMe affects all of the neurotransmitters with an emphasis on dopamine.

I was told that it modulates(?) the neurotransmitters. I think it mainly affects seratonin (I read an article in the Life Extension magazine), but Blueberry and Linkadge think mainly dopamine. It doesn't feel like a dopamine precurser or agonist or deprenyl though. I had thought the sunny feeling it can give you was a seratonin thing, but I dunno. It can adversely affect your sleep.
