I'm not on either of these at the moment, though I just got a prescription for Lamictal. I'm wondering if I can take Lamictal with Taurine or if they work so similarly that it isn't worth it. As much as I would prefer to only be on supplements, my depression and racing thoughts and general poor functioning have been so bad for so long that I'm not opposed to trying Lamictal. I'm just wondering if I should try Taurine first, or try them both together, or just take the Lamictal.
