Hello, I am diagnosed with BPII and my creativity is in the toilet thanks to a long and relentless depression. Right now I am only on vitamins, B supplements and fish oil but will be starting Lamictal shortly. I was taking Piracetam after developing cognitive difficulties from Wellbutrin and depression itself, most likely. Piracetam really helped me cognitively, but I've stopped taking it in order to start fish oil, and later Lamictal, with a clean slate to better gauge the effects.
I also saw a post on here suggesting that Lamictal and Piracetam interact, which really bums me out. I was adding Hydergine to the Piracetam, too, but because these drugs are so rarely used in this country am wary of using them alongside psych meds. My doctor had never even heard of Piracetam!
Okay, back to my original query: have you found any supplements which aid creativity or creative thinking? My creative abilities seem very dried up and as someone who works in art for a living...well, I'm screwed. Anyone have any suggestions or interesting finds?

Tell me about your experience with Hydergine. I've always liked it, not because it made me remotely smarter, but because it made me feel better inside somehow. I'm biased toward dopaminergic things like Hydergine, deprenyl and mucana pruriens. Would they be OK with your BPII though?
