I'm a big fan of hot food and chillies in general!
I used to eat more than I do now, and I think I was all the better for it.
Since I'm living with my pairents at the moment I don't get much chance to cook with fresh chillies.
Is chilli sauce as good? Or do the chillies have to be fresh?

Hey Ed, that's from The Sydney Morning Herald, the paper I read, and it's Fairfax, the only refuge here from Rupert Murdoch, apart from the ABC and SBS.

Hi Dec :-)
I initially read about it in the 'Metro', the free paper you pick up on the bus!

I recommend the choxie hot chocolate bar with chipotle chili peppers (not enough heat for my taste though). They sell them at Target stores around here. ~Jake
