Anyone know if there is any validaty to L- Lysine helping cure Epstein barr and candida?
I've read about a few articles that claim it can stop both of them, I'm suffering with both and wondered before I went out and bought some.
TOo bad Larry Hoover isn't around, I know he'd know the answer. *sad face*

It certainly works for herpes simplex Spriggy. I've never heard of it working for the others but that doesn't mean anything.
