Taking 10 mg lexapro, working well, but really tired all day. Don't want to add a ritalin or a provigil, rather do something natural.
Any ideas?

You could try some folic acid and B12.
Folic acid (1mg) was shown in a few clinical trials to increase the effectiveness of SSRI's for certain persons. I found B12 heped some of the energy issues on the drugs.
