Could that an alternative in mental disorders?
Any "applied" experiences and theoretical explanations (should increase acetylcholine transmission)?

It's suggested, I think, that it can improve mood as well as alertness. Any experiences?

I had researched DMAE some time ago, and found the following websites which provide quite a bit of information on the supplement. I have tried it and found it somewhat effective for focus, concentration and motivation. I was also taking Acetyl L-Carnitine and NADH at the same time.

My view is that it never hurts to give a natural supplement a try.

Lately I've been researching DMAE-H3, which is a liquid form. There's much discussion about it on the Lef.org public forums. Some claim it reverses gray hair.
