I was down to my last little bit of picamilon so I decided to just finish it off. My best guess is about a gram or more. It worked! I felt the calm but energized feeling mentioned everywhere that sells it. I'm going to try again but need to find a cheaper source.
Has anyone else taken doses that high over a period of time? Is there a downside to taking that much?

The cheapest and most reliable source I know of is Beyond a Century.

Can you think of any real risk of taking say 500 mg a few times a day?
I'll have to try beyond-a-century I guess, thanks for the link. smi2le advertises 50 grams for $25 but if you actually go to the order page (on a different site) you are only able to order 15 grams. They didn't ship the creatine I ordered from them either.
