Hello,
I need some help and advice. I have a lot of anxiety, so I went to the GNC and bought Acetyl L-Carnitine, Taurine, Suntheatine, L-Glutamine, GABA, and a multi-vitamin. I feel so much better now, only a few days later. Is there a danger in taking this combination? Will I build a tolerance? If so, should I cycle the medications? Should I be aware of any drug interactions? I also am thinking of taking Piracetam (with Choline) and Nature's Herb's Lobelia. I take one of each pill.
Thanks for any help or advice.
Best,
Neil
