too much tryptophan???? i'm taking about 2 gms of

the vet powder 90% at bedtime, and now along with intense dreaming, meaning many but not vivid dreams and light sleep, i am awaening early and often, falling back into light sleep with the dream stuff...........
could i be taking too much?
should i be spreading it out over the day?

i have also been taking 25 instead of 50 or 100 mg trazedone just before sleep......
in the past i was sleeping deeply without any dream or dream recall........
could this be the cause ??????

This could be a temporary reaction. If you're otherwise doing okay with the quality of sleep, then I'd just wait it out. You could also try slight reductions in dose.
