Hello everyone,
I suffer from mild depression, something like Dysthymia. I am not particularly sad, but have low energy, lack of motivation, inability to experience pleasure, social withdrawal and concentration difficulties.
Can these symptoms be helped by using Rhodiola ?!
I am getting SHR-5 extract from Swedish Institute. It looks like it's one of the best brands around.
The SSRI's and Remeron didn't help me much with those symptoms, hope that Rhodiola will be helpful.
Any ideas ?!

I'm also thinking about trying Rhodiola for dysthymia/motivation/anergy. Right now I'm using Ultram to combat those symptoms. And Adderall from time to time.
Take care.

Well, how did it work out?
Just finished reading The Rhodiola Revolution and very interested in this product!
