I have been on and off GNS brand multivitamins for the last few months. Every time I take those multivitamin pills, I get unusual racing thoughts.
Vitamin B50 Complex also gives me racing thoughts. Is it possible that it's because of Folic Acid? I read that ppl who have OCD symptoms shouldn't take Folic Acid because it worsens symptoms. My primary diagnosis is GAD and possible panic attacks, but such anxiety might give some OCD (without C) symptoms to me - like repeating racing thoughts.
Any idea?

I read a good book that said that taking a B complex is not a good idea for everybody. I had crappy results on a B complex and was forced to try the vitamins individually like the book suggested. I do well on b12 and folic acid, but b6 makes me very irritable.
I certainly believe you cause certain vitamins can act like drugs and certainly exasperate some conditions.
