Ive used in the past,a few times with PERFECT results, others with negative results,i was just curious if anyone had any thoughts on parnate and a high dose of kava,i believe kava may inhibit Maoi B.
Im am still on my mission of finding a suitable regimen as a foundation for my parnate,i am still having trouble getting the therputic response i know this med has delievered,as well as simply getting it to perform better, its still being a very inconsistent medication for me,very stubborn lol.

I wish I could help you more. I don't know about kava with Parnate. and I find it hard to get information on mixing any kind of supplements with MAOIs. I have a post below asking about mixing Parnate with Picamilon.I don't know if you're the person on the main board who i told this to already so I'm sorry if the following is repeated information: Dr. Jay Goldstein recommends 1 gram of inositol q.i.d. with Parnate. He claims he's had success countering the poop-out. I've read elsewhere that memantine can be effective with getting some meds performing again. I don't know if it's contraindicated with MAOIs however.
This is the end of the thread.
