I know that vitamin C can reduce copper levels, but I was wondering if lithium had similar effects.
Does anyone know ???

Don't know about lithium, but carnosine can. Zinc is probably the most important mineral to balance copper - in autism high copper is a problem, some researchers think it's due to the immune system disabling ceruloplasmin or the metal transport protein metallothionein.Good info from great plains..
