1. DLPA is from The Vitamin Shoppe
1a. It's a capsule

2. I take the DLPA on an empty stomach when I wake up 30 minutes before breakfast. I take the selegiline (a 5 mg. generic capsule from APO) with breakfast to aid absorption.

3. I take a B-Complex with Vitamin C caplet with my DLPA. B6 is supposed to work better if you take it with the other B vitamins. But I may need to bump up the B6 dosage (it's currently 5 mg) and I will go for a P5P supplement.

I've read all your suggestions about supplementation and taking the selegiline sublingually and swallowing the DLPA powder but if you have any others, I'd appreciate it.

I'm trying this combo to treat my dysthymia/anhedonia (putting off Parnate if I can) and also have a history of MDD (though not currently) and Social Phobia.

Thanks for all your help!

i found the dlpa and selegine too stimulating, but

it may have been because i was using too much caffeine at the same time...
what really worked for my anhedonia was enada, and if you see the posts above, i expericened some irritability with it until i added niacinamide and tmg.....
that did the trick
