I noticed from reading a bit that Inositol does not increase effectiveness of ssri's in those who are unresponsive to ssri therapy, but what about those who are responsive, would it increase the ssri effectiveness?

Why don't you let us all know, after you try it?

Will do!I've added the fish oil and have a good response. When I was off the ssri,I had a partial response with high dose inositol and tryptophan, meaning when I added the inositol to the tryptophan I had been taking, I got a better respone than just using tryptophan alone.I'll give it a trial and see what happens.
