20mg single dose prozac to re-start ssri activity after stopping lexapro?
can you give me a little more info?
i went off the lex and stressors returned, then symptoms followed
i also stopped depakoote due to side effects and between stressors, but now am going back on 750mg to stabilize while stress continues
am using perika, taurine, trazadone and some diazepam for sleep, and am considering going back on lex in a few more days, but MUCH prefer 'alternative' treatments

I was having a terrible time with Lexapro withdrawals. I went form 10 to 5mg and was stuggling. I have since gone slower and that has helped. However, what has made the biggest difference so far for me has been Gingko Biloba. It has had a very positive effect in reducing the headaches and dizziness. Give it a shot.

I referred to using a single dose of Prozac to help from withdrawal from other SSRIs.
