For one week I have been on 2 gram LT + 60 Nardil . 2 days i only took 1 gram.
What is the usual onset?
Also, this is interesting and making me feel positive: The two main side effects which were very prominent with Nardil when I first started it, have come back with LT- anorgasmia and constipation.
Its like starting Nardil again. Is this a good perdictor for the euphoric effects to come back???

Yeah I forgot!!!- How long before the L-tryptophan therapeutic effects kick in- 2 weeks???

Doesn't the Nardil help the OCD at all ?? doesn't it reduce the problems? at least it take away the anxiety and depression or have I got the wrong idea

No it helps the OCD about 20%
it helps depression 90%
it helps phobic anxiet/derealization 60-80%
it helps social phobia 90%it is great!
