It seems that we have something in common. I read some enthusiastic post of yours about SAM-E and I think I'm experiencing some irritability-bipolar problems while on it. Two days ago I was barely dead and able to function and so yesterday I decided to take 800mg of SAM-E. At the beginning I felt as 'reborn', then I realized I was getting too assertive and fast-thinking. Yesterday evening I had to take a xanax before going out because I felt too high. My question is: given your response to it why didn't you add a mood stabilizer ? I'm considering to do it, so I would like to know what you think about it. Thanks
