I did a google search and found my old post about candida, where I tried lactobacillus acidophilus.
I want something seriously powerful, and I don't care about the die off sickness since I don't leave the house anyway.
I read things over at curezone which has a candida forum, but too many of those post sounded like commercials.
What things have people tried for candida?
I read a lot about this threelac stuff, and thought I might try it.
I already gave up sugar and starch long ago, and I have never drunk alcohol.

Would Chelated Zinc work instead of zinc tannates?
I already take Chelated Zinc 30 mg.
Probably something differant, I'm just checking.
How long was your die off period when you used this? Did you try any other methods first or after?

Supposedly with Candex there is no die off. People seem real happy with this.

30 Capsules cost $19.99, and you have to take 2 before breakfast and 2 before bed, which means in a week, its all gone.
20 dollars a week... seems a bit pricey.
Vsl#3 was rather pricey as well.
I went ahead and just got Primal Defense for now.
$34.95 Primal Defense - 90 UltraZorbe caplets.Not sure which would be best in the end. I basically like the idea of a quick die off, kill everything there is, and then rebuild from there.
I might try eating just plain coconuts later on, since some recommend that, and it seems a reasonably priced thing to try.
