Not sure about lithium orotate and stress. Have you looked into inositol, taurine or magnesium for stress? all have antianxiety and calming properties.

do a search on "natural calm" magnesium in water soluable form. I have heard good things about that

I take magnesium taurate, and about a week or so ago started taking inositol.

Not sure if that helps any... I still have anxiety, so nothings worked yet.

Got it to stop a couple of hours ago, after having it bad all day, by writing out what caused it, and examining the likelyhood of all my worries. When you finally admit to yourself that you will never find a nice girl who is as antisocial as you, and doesn't mind the fact that you never leave the house and prefer not to waste time bathing too often, and that'll you'll spend forever alone anyway, then you stop worrying about all the horrible things that could go wrong in a relationship. Its best to fly solo, or not fly at all since eventaully you'll get pooped on by a lot of birds, with many bugs forever hitting you in the face as though you were a car windshield in love bug mating season.

Also, no one will have the chance to bother me or harm me if I never leave the house. Yes, safety in issolation.

Hopefully I'll keep my mind focused long enough to finish a computer game one day, become very wealthy from it, and build a fireproof home with a thirty foot wide 15 foot moat around it. That'd keep me nice and safe.

Cheer up, board postings and online chat has become the communication de jour for the isolated beast. You aren't alone. Unless you don't pay your electric bill.
