Hi, I wanted to say hello to everyone and say how happy I am to find this forum. Its great to see a group of people using aminos/etc for mood and other problems. I will post my specific questions in separate posts.
I have been researching and using supplements/aminos etc for over 5 years and have obtained some very good results overall.
I am having a very difficult time fine-tuning my regimen, though. My reactions to different meds and supplements leaves me very confused, despite the extensive reading I have done. I can't seem to get the right combo to target depression/anxiety/sleep/headaches/chronic pain...and am feeling frustrated!
I have even found a psychiatrist who specializes in orthomolecular medicine (as well as doing regular psych meds). I have been consulting with him since last summer, but it is cost-prohibitive for me to see him as often as I would need to in order to get my regimen right.
So I feel I am back to trying things on my own to see if I can make some more progress.
Anyway, I will be posting specific questions.
Thanks.....Taralyn

PB Alternative has been a life-raft for me at times, while going thru' my own similar quests.
You're in the right place to be real here...;)

Hi Taralyn,
I'd be interested what supplements you have tried and what reactions you had with them. It would be great if you could share your experience.
This is the end of the thread.
