Posted by clairey on January 21, 2004, at 14:33:55

Is magnesium really good for anxiety? i know people take it with a mixture of other vitamins but i was wondering if anyone takes it alone or has noticed a difference when using it on its own?
What type/brands are good?

Thanks alot!

The cold cure webpage everyone linked to awhile back and said was great told us to take Magnesium Taurate, and it would magically make all of our problems go away. http://www.coldcure.com/html/dep.html

I took it until I ran out about 2 weeks ago, and my order on vitanet for more hasn't come in. I don't see any change with or without it though, but I think I might have early on.... then again, who knows? I don't think its doing anything. I took 4 times a day, as directed, except for times I only took it 3 times since I don't eat much.

Magnesium Taurate 400 $12.80
120 tablets, Douglas Laboratories

I also ordered zinc, phosphorous, and a lot of other junk they said was so great and would help it or something.

And you have to match it with calcium using some super complex formula no one seems to agree upon, or giant earthworms will raise forth from your backword and do a silly little dance on your waterbed until you laugh so hard milk comes out of your nose, even if you haven't drunk any of the foul stuff in years. Cow mucus(also known as milk) is yucky.
Thats how I remember it anyway. Actual reality may not be as interesting.
