My brother went to go out of state to stay with my mom and she put him on fish oils. He says, for the first time in his life, he can focus. All those years it must have been so hard for him. He's able to concentrate in school, and he's acing the tests because he says the material "sticks" in his head. My mother said that he was diagnosed ADD in 2nd grade (he's 16 now). This was a great breakthrough for him. Just like to share it :-)

That's great Taylor, congratulations to your bro. It is so amazing that sometimes one tiny change in one's life can make such a huge difference. I love stories like these because they give all of us hope to better ourselves.

Francesco, start taking fish oil right now! No more beating around the bush. Not sure how much, but I know it's once in the morning before school, probably once after school too. He takes Norwegian fish oil. Nature's Pharmaceuticals is the best, however.
Order it NOW: http://naturespharmaceuticals.com
ALSO, take krill oil: http://store.yahoo.com/smartbomb/sn1713.htmlI can't vouch for krill oil, yet, but it's the ideal brain food:
