I read that 209 mg/day of Ginkgo helps reduce the sexual side effects of ssri's. Has anyone had any luck with that? (I have tried Buspar and it didn't help at all. Couldn't use Wellbutrin due to allergic reaction and serious tremors.)

what do you mean by sexual side effects ? delayed orgasm or libido reduction ? maybe ginko can help with the first, I don't think it will help for the second

I tried it and yes it works!!! I used the brand ginkgold at 240mg that is 4 pills spread out throuout the day ! It didn't start to work untill about 4 maybe 5 weeks into it! But it saved my orgasms!!!!!
