Cells have cells within cells called miticondria.They have there on DNA and they produce ATP.ATP is the energy that runs your cells processes.Calcium homestsis is controled by calcium pumps that pump ca out of cells when it gets too much.Calcium disregulation results in damage to miticondrial DNA.This results in not enough energy to run these pumps and calcium homestsas is destroyed.Calcium can cause miticondria pores to lock open resulting in cell kindling .This all leads to mental illness and cancer.

Hmmm, you certainly make a gigantic leap from mitochondrial calcium status to mental illness and cancer. Any information on the possible mechanism for this conclusion?
