his other meals are protein, medium carbs, lots of vegetables,some fruits
he is totally organic, unless the rice protein isn't which i guess it really is
the only problem i have with him is he is a foot taller than his contemporaries, and never gets sick
thanks for the review, i was mostly interersted in the add'l supps in the product since it is hard to get a kid to take pills

> joebobDon't overdo it on carbs in the morning. :-) I would only add enough fruit to make it palatable to the sweet tooth. You don't want his blood sugar levels to be unstable.
