I posted in detail about my illness and then posted a pic of me. I may have said this already.
The thread I posted has over 4000 views and close to 200 replies.

So what do you think of that? People wanting to talk about their own illness.

I don't know if you feel that itis helping" you or not...but exposing yourself thru your thoughts/words is/are helping others...sometimes by realizing that "I'm the only one dealing with this life" at other times discovering that some of the things I am doing are part of my "disease"....you are doing good, kiddo...

It's not surprising that people will react and show compassion. Also, if they feel that they can relate to it, they'll also try to reach out.
