I guess I'm confused...if she can't remember her posting name(s), then how would you know them to give them to us or anyone....? Do you mean she can't remember her name, or her password? In any case....
Dinah and I aren't deputies, Phillipa, so nothing we can really do. Even when we were, we couldn't do anything technically about registration issues. We never had access to information linking posting names with email or anything like that. Only Dr. Bob knows those things.
She can either email Dr. Bob or just register with a new posting name....she can always change later or tell Babblers who she used to be, if she chooses to do that, and if she remembers or Dr. Bob tells her.

Thanks knew it belonged here. I hadn't heard from her in a years and wrote me asking what her old posting name was after her last one which I don't know. So tell her to just reregister with a new name? Does she also need a new email address? Thanks. Was just trying to help Phillipa

She can email Dr. Bob and wait if she really wants to only post with an old name. Or, she can re-register. I don't think it matters what email address she uses, old or new, but I might be wrong.
