For some reason I read an article and the only reason I am posting it here because they said that there going to change the internet online privacy act, and change alot of things through the web and... I just need someone to explain what is going on??? I don't understand these laws that are being passed. I mean will it threaten posting here on babble? Please someone put this into easy to understand terms. I've read alot of this and I still don't understand it.
