Dr. Bob; Note of Appreciation

Posted by Ron Hill on August 25, 2009, at 4:25:07

Dr. Bob,

I am currently well. My ultra rapid cycling is minimized in severity and duration with regard to my bipolar depressive phase. As always, however, time will tell what the future holds.

This website has been, and still is, instrumental in my current bipolar wellness. Over the years, I have learned much from the PB posters.

Most importantly, I learned early-on how to conduct good research by observing how others were doing it. Also, this site is great for obtaining anecdotal medication response information. As a result of all this, I currently have a very good medication combo.

Further, I have gained a couple good friendships and one in particular.

I say all this in order to send you heartfelt thanks for establishing your website, spending the many many long hours over the years working on your site and moderating, and for taking money out of your own pocket to pay for sever space. Indirectly, you have facilitated my current wellness.

Thank you, Dr. Bob.

Thank you, you're very welcome. I'm glad that at this community you've learned about medication (and how to learn about medication), minimized your cycling, and made friends, to boot! :-)
