Hi sdb, I am pretty sure I am fine. I think anxiety does weird things to my heart.
Anyways, back to Bob.
I love you Dr. Bob! (((((((((((Dr. Bob))))))))))))
You sure are writing lots on admin. I thought of you when I was tried on the elliptical machine and I smiled.
I keep thinking maybe you don't want to communicate with me, but you're probably busy.

I heard of the benson method that was developed by a doctor and was taught to astronauts also. probably that could help to beat the heart more slowly.
