Is there a way I can limit the amount of time I spend on babble (without have to throw my computer out of the window?)
I think I might be spending too much time here, I'm sad to say. I'm in grad school and I need to study rocks, not pyschobabble!!
Kind regards
Meri

I've been turning off my email alerts, and IM programs, and forbidding myself to answer posts except first thing in the morning and last thing at night while I'm under deadline pressure.
It's worked reasonably well, except that I find myself buying things instead.

Have you tried setting an anti-addiction limit?
