How can I view the whole thread?
some threads are continued from something that is gone or not visible?
and they change from the original subject
because you can edit your headline when you reply?
its hard to read everything and understand what the topic is

You can display every message in a thread at:
http://www.dr-bob.org/cgi-bin/pb/extras.pl
Also, the whole thread is listed (every post is linked to) in the first post (which is itself listed in every post).

In theory, the subject line tells you something about the subject, but people don't always revise them accordingly.
