Hmm. But then I think the site can still be working well when people have a lot to say on admin...

I dunno. Maybe I missed something...

Or maybe its just like this sometimes. Hmm.

:-)
Not a bad day here too.
Spring seems to be early this year.
Spring is springing already.
And its not official 'till September.
:-)

It might be...
But then there are people still here who typically have plenty to say...

I dunno.
Maybe it happens sometimes...

Maybe the last blocks came as a bit of a shock???

Dunno

Hi Alexandra..

>Hmm. But then I think the site can still be working well when people have a lot to say on admin...

Yes thats very true, I think the other boards always seem to work pretty well. With admin though, it does sometimes have these quiet patches then seems to go wild with lots of posts ~ i've noticed that alot of those posts are because of like arguments/disputes/disagreements of various subjects, so what I meant was, when its quiet, its working well because no one is arguing..or dont have a reason or subject to debate and disagree...bad feeling gets created etc..

I forget you're heading for spring now!...maybe its quiet as well because of it being summer on this side of the world...alot of people are out and about in the sun?...and then in the winter over here, you might be out in the sun more but admin will be very busy lol. Well in afew months hopefully i'll be on that side of the world and so i'll be in the same position lol

Kind regards

Nick

Ah, I had forgotten it was summer over that side of the world... That explains why lots of people have been off on holiday. I'm rather novel... Take off to the beach in the middle of winter.

I guess admin does take off mostly when people are upset. The upset fuels the posts and they soon begin to stack up... Makes sense.

I don't think its that I'm missing people being upset... Its just that I miss the process stuff. But thats okay... There are other boards :-)

Still thinking Perth???

Yeah.
Like I said... No problem.
I got that it was a misunderstanding
Forgiven and forgotten already.

hello there, chemist here...not if you do what i do: keep my itemized phone bills and clearly see patterns of incoming calls that, although devoid of phone number, are identifiable because one of my cellular phones is serviced by the same provider as an old chum of mine: hence, the UNLIM MOBL TO MOBL designation. a good year's worth, at least...that and the name associated with the caller's cellular and land-line phones recorded when one party drops and the other makes the outgoing call...

...besides, i was busy watching movies: "Absence of Malice" and numerous viewings of "Shakes the Clown." i think the former is far superior...all the best, chemist

Hi Alexandra,

>I'm rather novel... Take off to the beach in the middle of winter.

That sounds very appealing to me :-)

>Its just that I miss the process stuff. But thats okay

I know what you mean ~ when the board is quiet, its like its dead, it is good when its functioning and even better when the posts are running smoothly, minus the upset etc.

>Still thinking Perth???

Oh yes :-) Are you still going to Canberra?

Kind regards

Nick

And just so this is admin and all...
