Dr. Bob, I think it would be cool if there was a work forum where people can go to talk about their jobs, how a mental disorder might affect their job, problems, etc. Just throwing it out there. What do you think? What do other people think?

While it could be beneficial, it would place the on participants a need to decide whether or not to post things that could then potentially be recognized by others in their workplace.
If messages were critical of others in the workplace or of decisions in the workplace, and were recognized, they could potentially be a disadvantage. Employers might or might not be right to protect their business against statements made by employees outside the workplace, but right or wrong might not govern what results from an employers response to information they find online.
