When I went to the FAQ and tried to link to the "blue" search option to learn how to search for a post, I got the good old "404 not found" -- it was under the title of "How can I trace the evolution of a thread?" FAQ.
Or, it may be because I'm using Mozilla and not Internet Explorer. I have no idea.

I thought maybe there were some lost posts, or posts that had not been archived, but 'PB the original' goes back to 1998. Very confusing why someone wouldn't be able to find their posts back then. That was before PB split into 2 boards.
Oh, well, I'm no programmer (obviously!!).

Hmm, what text was blue? And what URL did it link to? This does seem to work:
