Dr. Hsiung,
I am requesting that you write your rational for blocking justyourlaugh for a week when he/she has been blocked previously. Would not the block then be doubled?
Was not dancingstar's block doubled to her? I am wondering about that in relation to this block in question as to what the difference was between the two so that the block to justyourlaugh was not doubled.

Yes, he also did not double dancingstar's block length when she posted under a new name while blocked.
