I feel harassed by the poster SLS. I had requested that this poster not post to me in the following post:

I aslo think that ther might be another post to me by the same poster, SLS, even after I had requested that the poster to not post to me. I will serch for that post.

Dr. Hsiung,
My request for you to make a determination as to if the poster , SLS, has posted to me after I had requested to him not to is based on two things.
First, the post in question here, 407602, although says, "Dear Dr. Bob", it also says, [in reply to{Lou's request to Dr. Hsiung}[posted by Lou Pilder]. I feel that he is replying to me because it says (in reply to) my post. I am asking you to clarify this situation.

This is not clear to me as to how the [...do not post to me...] feature is applied. There is one more post in refereence to this situation and I am asking that you write something to clear this up, for I feel that one is posting to the other if it is in reply to what the other posted. You may have a different idea and I would appreciate that you clear this up.

Dear Dr. Bob,I agree that this should be clarified, although I believe it has been adequately addressed in the FAQ:
"Posting to someone means directing either the subject line or the body of a post to them. Replying to posts by someone isn't necessarily posting to them."

I admit that this was pushing the envelope. :-) I will try to be more careful in the future. I don't regret my motives for the post, though. I was trying to be nice.
