Dr. Hsiung,
I am requesting that you make a determination as to if the following is acceptable or not in regards to the guidlines of the forum.
I felt accused and put down when I read the following:
"I would tell you I believe you are evil, but I won't as last time I said anything along those lines you threatened me with legal action."
I am requesting for you to write a determination as to if the part in the above, [...I believe you are evil...]is allowable on this forum because the poster uses the words, "I believe" in front of, "you are evil".

Are you saying that you see {injustice} here?

Are you saying that you have a lot of good things to do but you are willing to break away from them to read the posts on this forum verses reading the posts on other forums?

Looking at the statement above, the poster writes: [...I would tell you I believe you are evil {but I won't}...]
I am requesting that you comment on that part of the statement,[...but I won't..] as to if the statement is written in that gramatical structure that the statement is acceptable here or not.
I feel defamed by the statement ,[...you are evil...] being seen in the post.
