Dr. Hsiung,
I am requesting that you read the following and make a determination as to if the post in question is allowed to remain unadmonished.

Dr. Hsiung,
The poster here in question writes,[...and you arn't trying to {pin someone down} to something {that doesn't mean anything about anything}...].
I feel that that statement above is an accusation (that is false), for it means a lot to me to have a better understanding about what someone posts, and I am not asking for clarification to {pin someone down}, but to have more light on the subject so that I could have the opportunity to respond appropriatly. I feel that the statement in question could have the effect of defaming me by fostering some idea that I ask meaningless clarifications. You even posted that someone could ask for clarification.
I am sorry, but after reading the post in question here, I feel that it has the potentiasl to arrouse ill-will toward me and have me ware a Badge of Shame.

Dr. Hsiung,
The poster in question writes to me, [...you can...detatch from a posted message and just take in what was meant to be taken in by you. I ...hope this will help you learn about interaction...].
I feel terribly humiliated by that statement that the poster wrote to me. I feel accused and put down.
There is a new poster here named [just plain jane]. I was having dialog with her and I feel that the post in question hear could have the potential to stigmatize me to the new poster and hamper our dialog.

Dr. Hsiung,
Then the poster writes,[...interactions between you and posters and ...bobby...].
Again, I feel accused and put down. Bobby is a poster that I have recognised here as having a great sense of humour. I have responded to his/her posts because they have the potential to give a good laugh and I consider good humour to be very supportive. What I do not feel to be supportive is the post in question here, because I feel that the post by the poster has the potential to foster a hostile environment toward me. If I was able to ask the poster for clarification of what he/she wrote, then I feel that I could allow the poster to clarify what he/she wrote. But since the poster writes that he/she will not reply to a request for clarification by me, I can not do that. Is that supportive on the part of the poster?

Dr. Hsiung,
The poster writes that he/she will not respond to a request for clarification by me.
Below are a few posts from others that advocate a request for clarification.

Dr. Hsiung,
In closing, I am requesting that a determination be made about the post in question, not because I would want the poster to be sanctioned, but so that posters here have a clear understanding about what constitutes posts that have {the potential to put down or accuse others}, and if it is supportive for a poster to state ahead of time that they will not respond to a request for clarification{on what they have written to the poster that wants to make the request}.
I feel that these two aspects of the board are important to have clarification in order to facillitate dialog between the participants of the forum.
I agree with you that the forum 's goal is support. I am asking that you address these issues that I have brought up so that there could be a more supportive atmosphere.

Lou,
This will be my one and only post to you.
There is a HUGE difference between asking for clarification once, or occasionally, and asking for it repeatedly. There is a difference between asking for clarification over one point, and asking for clarification over every single part of a message.
Like everything in life I guess, moderation is the key *s*

Dr. Hsiung,
The statement in question is:[...Lou jumped to a conclusion...].
I do not feel that responding to the name "bobby" could be anyone other than the "bobby" that I have known here. I had no knowlege that you are referred to as "bobby", as the poster writes, except in one post years ago that was defaming to you and you might remember me alerting you to it for its vulgarity and you deleted it. I feel that I have been accused falsly of jumping to a conclusion , for bobby has posted in response to this situation and wrote,[..Lou is OK with me...].

Dr. Hsiung,
Let us go to the post in question.
http://www.dr-bob.org/babble/social/20040914/msgs/393589.html
The statement is particular is:
[...interaction between you and {posters} and perhaps {even} bobby...].
I had an English language expert examine this and he said that "bobby" in the statement is a poster, not the moderator because of the sentance construction meaning that {even} bobby, the poster, was in the interaction, not some other bobby.

I agree, that might not have been the best way to word that, but she's apologized, so I'm going to let it go.
