I must have misunderstood. I was under the impression that if I emailed you directly regarding a sensitive issue, I would get a reply. Since that didn't happen, is there a way to contact you privately?

Thank you for replying. There is no sense in sending the email again, as it was a time sensitive issue. But thank you for the tip on the subject line. If the need ever arises again, I will know better.
