Trileptal causing severe acne?

My apologies if this has been covered elsewhere. I'm very new to the message board idea. Currently taking Trileptal for chronic depression. After approx. 6 weeks I've developed severe acne from the shoulders up. Pdoc says it shouldn't happen. I'm 35, no teenager anymore. Anyone shed some light on this?
