Kvst - As with the breast milk post; you ask enough questions and know enough about physiology and these phony posters usually give themselves away (unless they happen to have alien biochemistry, which I also believe is extrordinarily unlikely). My wife, with 17 years in the "baby biz", picked out the inconsistencies immediately and once she pointed them out to me, they were obvious. I don't know how Dr.Bob figured it out, but probably using the same logic.
Also, Dr.Bob knows from where these post originate and has the ability to follow-up if he has any doubt about the validity.
Sigh; wouldn't it be nice if everyone were honest. It would save a lot of time and anxiety. - Cam

Also, perhaps this person has "made the rounds" of a number of boards. Although it is possible for the question to be legit (not having seen the full post), I wonder why it would be appropriate at this site?
