This week I started to take Ketamine troches thru an on-line therapy, called Joyous.team Thank goodness it is a pharmaceutical source not street drugs. I would never buy the street version. I am trying Ketamine now for severe anxiety or panic attacks, I'm not sure what to call it. I've had these intermittent anxiety episodes my entire life. The attacks are debilitating. It has played hell with my education and employment over the years. I believe it had a great deal to do with my depression. I've done loads of therapy around it, some of it helpful. This Ketamine trial is very new for me and a bit scary. I would love to hear other peoples experiences and thoughts about Ketamine. Thank you

Research at the University of Pittsburgh found that playing a self-affirming computer game for four days following a single ketamine infusion significantly extended its antidepressant effect.
The computer games below were inspired by the Pittsburgh study. They can be customized so that you see pictures of your own smiling face and/or the smiling faces of loved ones.
