However, I've now been at 10 mg/day for more than 11 weeks, and I don't think I'm feeling particularly much better. I have bright moments, usually minor, and usually a few times a day, but I'm not even sure the vortioxetine is to thank for this.
Other drugs I'm also taking for depression are trimipramine 150 mg and lamotrigine 200 mg.

I was so miserable on Trintellex. Tried it for 9 months. Takeda is pushing this drug hard. They've given tons of money to academics like Stephen M. Stahl to tout it.
