Does anyone remember me? I've missed this place.
These days... Well, in the middle of a moderate to severe bipolar depressive episode and I've been approved for TMS by my HMO, but am on a wait list.
I'm still on Nardil at 90mg but it will only do so much. Also, Lithium.
The receptionist for the TMS department is on vacation this week so I won't find out how long I'll have to wait until Monday.
Has anyone had success with TMS? I know that the place I'm going uses Neurostar machines.
Does anyone remember me? I'm glad this place is still around. Hope all are well.

>Hi!
I'm sorry but I don't remember you. I've been away for over a decade myself.
I've also been on a TMS waiting list myself, but never got around to having the procedure.
Welcome back anyway!

I remember you. Welcome back. Good luck with TMS. JohnLA did BrainsWay Deep TMS and posted this very detailed thread about his experiences:

This place is kind of a ghost town now, isn't it?
Some of the brightest, most interesting people I've ever communicated with, were here. I wish.. I'd exchanged proper contact info with so many of you. I'm locked out of the email account tied to this account, so I can't use babblemail.
I don't know if I ever would have discovered Nardil, which I still take, if not for this place.
It doesn't do what it used to (hence the upcoming TMS) but I'm far worse if I try to discontinue or taper it. For any old timers who may one day read this, thank you, thank you.
If anyone has a comparable subreddit or website to recommend, please do so. Although I'm afraid that nothing will mean what babble does to me, a relic of an earlier time on the Internet...
Hope you all have found what works for you, if not, please don't stop trying.

Yeah, it's quite a change from the old days. We'd already lost a lot of Babblers when we were invaded by a troll who would insert himself into nearly every thread and attack the people posting in it. He ran rampant for years and many Babblers fled during this period, never to return.
This is the end of the thread.
